- Yogic Anatomy & Physiology: Effects of Yogic practices on Body, breath, emotions, mind & spirit. Respiratory system, Blood circulatory system, Immune system, Digestive system & Excretory system, Musculo-skeletal system, Nervous system, Endocrine system, Yoga psychology. 7 Chakra, Trisharir, Mukhya Nadiya, Panch Kosh, Panch Prana & Up-prana, Panch Mahabhoot, Dasham Indriya.
- Introduction to History & tradition of Yog (Patanjali Yog Sutras, Hatha Yog, Bhagvat Geeta, Upnishads), 6 Philosophical systems of Bharat, 4 Ved, 18 Puran.
- Yogic Dincharya (Life-style), Mitahar (Yogic Diet), Niyat Karm/Karm Upchar (Right Karm), Vihar, Indriya/Bhoot Shuddhi, Vrat.
- Ayurvedic approach to health & diseases: Ayurvedic principles (Vaat, Pitta Kapha), Sapta Dhaatu, Mala, Ritucharya, Wrong Food combinations, Benefits of different common Ayurvedic herbs, Ayurvedic home remedies.
- Nutrition: Role & sources of Protein, Carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals.

Classes at Yogshala run from Monday to Friday, For Saturday’s you will get homework, like; Selfpractice, Fasting, Project, Massage etc. Sunday is off.
* Please note: Due to a strong reason if it’s difficult for you to come to the Shala for evening session then You can attend it online.
*Schedule is subject to slight changes.
*The language of Instruction is Hindi & English.
*Atleast 1 hour of self practice and 1 hour of self study in the evening is compulsory.
*95% attendance is compulsory for the certification. We expect 100% attendance, however, every month women go through periods and have to miss the morning practice class. Therefore 5% relaxation is given.
