Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age - 18 years
- Education - 10th Pass
Detailed syllabus for 200 hours
- Yoga Practices - 30 Yogasana, 7 Mudra, 4 Bandha, 5 Pranayam, 4 Shatkarma, 2 types of Dhyana, 2 Yoga Nidra, 5 Mantras. How to do, when to do, right & wrong way & time to do, Easy modifications and versions as per the limitations of the practitioners, physical-mental-spiritual benefits will also be covered.
- Introduction to History & tradition of Yog (Patanjali Yog Sutras, Hatha Yog, Bhagvat Geeta, Upnishads), 6 Philosophical systems of Bharat, 4 Veda, 18 Purana.
- Yogic Dincharya (Life-style), Mitahar (Yogic Diet), Niyat Karma (Right Karma).
- Ayurvedic principles, Wrong Food combinations, Benefits of different common Ayurvedic herbs.
- Yogic Anatomy & Physiology: Effects of Yogic practices, Respiratory system, Digestive system & Excretory system, Musculo-skeletal system, Nervous system, 3 Mukhya Nadia, 5 Prana & Up-prana, Panch Mahabhoot, Dasham Indriya.
- Use of Yoga Props: Block, straps, bolster.
